Outstanding image clarity and depth:
Prints 16.7 million colors at 300 dpi. It
prints to the edge of any size smart chip,
as well as over-the-edge of your card, giving
you professional - quality prints with no
white borders.
Field – upgradeable:
The Card Lamination Module can be added to
your HDP 820 now, or later when your needs
grow.
Dual Card Input Hopper: Fargo’s
patented dual, auto-switching Card Input Hoppers
let you load up to 200 identical cards, or
place a different stack of 100 cards into
each hopper for added efficiency.

Only the HDP 800 Series can encode up to three
different e-card technologies plus a magnetic
stripe on a single card — all in one
pass! It prints and encodes/reads standard
e-card types, including contact smart cards,
contactless smart cards and proximity cards.
Lamination: Only Fargo offers
you the option of adding lamination —
even after you’ve made your purchase!
It applies overlaminate to the front and/or
back of most cards in the same pass as the
printing and encoding! Plus, Fargo’s
clear and holographic PolyGuard Overlaminates
provide up to 25 times more protection than
standard overlays.
Fargo’s exclusive SmartScreen™
LCD Control Panel tells you what
buttons to press, when to load supplies and
even offers you online help.
